CONCRETE
Building and Removal
Building
Concrete is a composite construction material composed primarily of aggregate, cement and water. When these three materials are mixed, a chemical process known as “hydration” occurs forming a rock solid compound. Concrete is commonly used for a variety of structures including parking lots, sidewalks, dumpster pads, curbs, gutters, walls and ramps. With decades of experience working with concrete, we use only the highest quality materials in our mixture and have a proven track record of quality cement projects.
Removal
Of course, the very properties of strength, density and durability that make concrete such a great material for use in building also make it very tough to remove. Concrete can be patched and repaired for a while, but inevitably (like pavement) it will need to be removed and re-laid. At KCI, we not only use concrete for building purposes, but also are adept at the more challenging task of concrete removal.
